Can be used to repair and reinforce joints and seams on the inner side of the jersey and small scratches on the jersey surface, and holes and tears on jersey surface where seam tape cannot be repaired.

After bonding with a wetsuit bond, cut the seam sheet larger than the repair area for reinforcement and heat crimping to ensure a better repair.

Iron on dry setting, medium temperature about 10-20 seconds, but adjust the temperature and time according to the repair environment. After thermal pressing, the adhesive will be stronger when cooling.

Too much ironing or too much temperature rises will be a burden on the fabric.Even if the temperature is too low, please adjust the temperature and time and apply heat crimping while checking if it is sticking to the surface.

Use an ironing board and make the repair fabric flat as much as possible. If the seam sheet is floating and may not stick well.

Please repair the jersey side with each other.Avoid skins, pails, special fabrics, rubber surfaces or SCS.Heat may cause fabric to melt

How to Use:

1. Clean the treated area thoroughly with fresh water and dry thoroughly.

2. Spread the fabric over the ironing board and place the cut seam sheet on the part you want to repair.

3. Place a thin cloth such as a handkerchief over the seam sheet and press with an iron to make sure the sheet does not move.

Iron Temperature

Synthetic fiber: Low temperature (approximate): 284°F (120°C).

Cotton: Low temperature (approximate): 392°F (160°C).

If the seam seat is not sticky, please raise the temperature slightly by bit.(Be careful not to overheat the temperature.)

4. Repeat work while making sure the seam sheet is firmly attached.

Please adjust the temperature of the iron while checking on the adhesive condition of the sheet, and then press the sheet tightly while pressing down on the sheet.

Use it with wetsuit bonds to secure the seam sheet to prevent water damage.(It does not have a waterproof function that prevents water from seeping in saltwater, just attach the seam sheet to reinforce the repairing area. )
