Production Process

1.Introduction

We rarely draw designs on paper to create accessories.We think this is because we make and design it by ourselves.Conversely, when to draw a design drawing, it is time to design the mother of metal and resin parts in the photograph.This is necessary to make specifications such as a design painting because it is required by professional metalworking companies and craftsmen who polish stones.Production is mainly divided into metal parts and resin parts.


2.Resin part design The production of resin parts is the most important part of Tamarsun. When the resin is completed, it will be named first.Thats the series name. The biggest part of Tamarsan is hand painted paintings.Printed on paper or film to match the texture of the design.The final difference in the finish is opaque when printed on paper, and translucent for film printing.The film will light up the bottom depending on the color of the hardware underneath, or the contrary tone settles so you can see the compatibility of the hardware. Here, we use a template to cut the paper to the size of the finished resin with scissors.	3. Sculpted resin parts. Write a design picture with the shape of the resin parts you want to make. It is then processed by stone polishers. The original model is Agate and Onyx. As a prototype, we choose a relatively hard stone to mold with silicone over and over again. The more cut, the light reflects and sparkles Also, due to the refraction of the light, the pattern inside will change the way you see inside. Conversely, the round surface of the domed shape makes the inner pattern larger due to the lens effect, and even the same design looks completely different in different shapes.	4. Resin base Molds with metal to match each resin part Made of copper, brass and silver.The reverse side has been patterned with a design that is partially removed by the Tamarsan logo. Etching patterns create irregularities, especially antique plating, the pattern will appear clearly.	5.Silicone mold Use silicone to make molds. Place the raw stone on the bottom of the container so that the silicone stays in place even when flushed. Quickly pour the silicone in a little time to prevent air bubbles. Depending on the temperature, it can be placed almost for a day. If you use the silicone mold over and over again, it will stretch out and make beautiful resin parts, so you can discard it in 3 or 4 times. Some larger ones like resin for loop ties cant be used once.


6. Flushing resin into molds Mix the main agent and hardener well.Once heated with hot water, the mixture improves and prevents hardening properly.To further remove air bubbles, place the silicone mold pre-heat on the hot carpet. In winter, work especially with the heating setting up.In addition, air bubbles can be easily removed by applying hot air with a dryer.Since the temperature is high in summer, it is easier to work with and less failure than winter. Flush resin into silicone molds.Because it is placed in a small mold, the resin may be overfilled or little.So use the wire to evenly evenly distribute portions.After that, you can put the materials in each series such as papers, films, and beads you have designed. Hardening time is between 1 and 3 days depending on the temperature of the season.	7. Complete resin parts. After a few days, remove the hardened resin parts from the silicone mold. This is a brilliant original resin part. The parts with the series name will be able to create the next metal part while considering what color of the metal is combined with the additional shine.	8.Metal parts production The production of resin parts didnt use a fire directly, but a gas burner is essential for metal parts. We do not draw design drawings, and we will do it in the process. First, if you have an arsenal, it starts with cutting brass wire, then starting with a fire and working metal.


9.Metal polishing to plating Metals that are formed when lit will oxidize when fire, so the dirty parts are removed with sulfuric acid. Then, carefully polish with a metal brush. After this, we will enter a plating factory but if the plating is polished, it will be very clean.	10.Assembly. When the metal parts come back from the plating factory, you can assemble it with resin parts.The color of the plating is the main one that is called antique plating, "gold aged", "silver aged", and "copper aged", and "24k gold plated and rhodium plated.We also use nickel free plating (except some of the items).Depending on the resin series, we choose the best color plating available.The blue color pairs well with silver and rhodium.Green and yellow species are aged or gold.Pink, red and orange will match well with copper aged and gold.	11.Finish After gluing the resin parts and metal parts together, match the corresponding natural stones and beads together.It is interesting where the stones and pearls are perfect for the series.This will expand the world of one series.We also told us at the beginning, but we dont design it on the paper, but it is one of our fun to happen.
