Recoil Effect
Recoil inserts show the effect of traditional threads.
The first three threads take over 75% of the load before inserting the insert, but the shear load is changed to the preferred "hoop stress radius load" when inserting the insert. This action creates stronger threads than original threads.

1. Perforated

Remove damaged threads with a drill for drilling

2. Pitch check

The spacing of the screw is aligned with the bolts that are used.

3. Recoil tap holder

Recoil tap creates screw threads for inserting recoil inserts

Remove debris after the recoil tap is raised and removed with air.

4. Prepare for inserting tools

Set the recoil insert into the insert tool and adjust the tip of the tongue to the middle of the groove of the insert tool.

The "Tang" is the surplus on the tip of the recoil insert.

5. Insert recoil insert

While lightly pressing the vertical direction, turn the insert tool in the direction of the screw tightening, and insert the recoil insert 1/4 - 1/2 revolutions deep from the surface of the original material.

6. Tongue folding

After removing the insert tool, fold the tongue.

Insert the magnetic folding tool into the tongue and break when you hit it.

The broken tongue sticks to the magnet so it can be collected as is.
