We will accept returns if the installation is not possible under the following conditions.
There are 4 or more screw holes on the back of the monitor and the stand can be removed.
The back of the monitor is flat (flat) or there is no unevenness that interferes with metal fittings at least 0.8 inches (2 cm).
Monitor size is 32 - 70 inches (estimated in inches)
Monitor weight is less than 88.2 lbs (40 kg).
The screw hole on the back of the monitor is between a height of 3.0 - 15.7 inches (75 - 400 mm), a width of 3.0 - 15.7 inches (75 - 400 mm).
