We will accept returns if the installation is not possible under the following conditions.
There are 4 or more screw holes on the back of the monitor and the stand can be removed.
The back of the monitor is flat (flat) or there is no unevenness that interferes with metal fittings at least 0.8 inches (2 cm).
The monitor size is 26 - 42 inches (estimated in inches)
Monitor weight is less than 99.3 lbs (45 kg).
The screw hole on the back of the monitor is between 3.0 - 12.8 inches (75 - 325 mm), and width: 3.0 - 19.3 inches (75 - 490 mm).
The wall plate of this product does not reach the spacing of common wooden construction in Japan, so please install it on a reinforced wall.
