This is a Brand New Air Needle Scaler
It is a very convenient tool for removing rust from truck chassis and heavy equipment, removing welding slugs, and working on kellen.
Includes 19 needles with 0.1 inch (3 mm) diameter.
It is powerful and can easily remove stubborn rust.
Please be aware that thinner objects may be deformed.
The maximum rotation (strikes) without load will be 4,000 times.
The striking speed can be adjusted with the dial at the bottom of the main unit.
Air consumption is about 0.3m3 per minute.
Recommended compressor is 3 horsepower or higher.
Due to the nature of the product, there is a lot of vibration, so each part of the screw will loose, so please make sure to tighten and tighten the unit every time you use.
In particular, please be aware that the needle unit has 3 holes (imo screws) may loosen as soon as it is dropped.
Hex wrench for tightening is included.
Needles can be replaced if worn out, but we cannot handle it.
Unless you are not quite heavy use, you dont have to worry about it.
As this is an air tool, please use it with frequent oil additives or oiler.
An air plug is included, but it is not assembled, so please connect it with sealing tape.
Although this product is brand new, the outer box is torn, and the product may have small scratches, stains, etc.
Please note that due to the nature of the product, oil, grease stains, etc. may be present.
There may be any problems with using this product, but please refrain from using it if you are a nervous person.
