Description

■Shape: E-insert (former helicat)

E-Sart (formerly helicat) is a coil spring shape with a rhombus cross section for flexibility and insert nuts with a tang for insertion.
You can insert it into soft materials such as aluminum and resin to create strong tanners.
■ Thread Shape: Fine

Finer than the nations most standard pitch (coarse) prescribed by ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standard. Compared to coarse threads, it has a shallow valley and a larger cross-section area which makes it less likely to loose. Please note that there are multiple sizes of pitch depending on the thickness of the screw. Primarily used where precision is required.
■Material: Stainless steel

Most representative stainless steel (equivalent to SUS304)
The strength is almost equal to "iron".
Excellent corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties.
Although it is normally not magnetic, it can harden due to cold processing, and it may cause magnetism.
■Surface treatment: fabric

Surface treatment/plating is untreated.
Therefore, corrosion resistance and appearance are the characteristics and color of the material itself.

● Standard E-insert has a loosening effect.
● 1 to 2 coils of nearly the center coil are polygonal (4 to 8 depending on the size of the screw).
The polygonal coil is called grip coil (GRIP COIL), and this part firmly tightens the bolt.
