Thread foam is a robe so there is a limited number of points that come into contact with the piece.
This tap will not be disconnected, so it is "chipless" and will not cause any chip issues.
The tool is extruded to form a screw so that the screw size can be strictly maintained.
Flutless design allows for high quality threading, fast tapping, high production and no shavings to facilitate tapping of blind bottom holes (screw can be formed to the whole hole depth).
