How to Use:
1: Soften with warm water.
Measure the temperature with the included thermochecker.
Soak the teeth block in warm water between 61-63 degrees and remove it when it gets soft.
2:Put the teeth
Remove from hot water and place the white part up on the lower right and left teeth while looking at the mirror.
3:If the tooth shape is firmly applied, please remove the toothbrush blocks.
As the temperature drops, it naturally stays in shape.
You can complete your own "teeth block" with a tooth shape.
4: Wear it while sleeping.
It is attached to the lower teeth so it does not interfere with your breathing.
