Description

How to use:
Step 1: Choose raw materials: If possible, choose grapes with small pulp, a lot of juice, and a thick skin.
Step 2: Processing of raw materials: squeezing the fruit flesh lightly and crush, but do not crush grapes seeds. Place treated grapes ingredients in the fermentation container.
Step 3: Intake the yeast: Add the activated yeast to the grape ingredient and gently stir it. While fermenting, you need to cover the container, but cant be sealed. Use the tool twice a day to push the grape skin residue into the wine and stir it properly.
Step 4: Determine the amount of sugar. Normally 10 pound grapes can add 1 pound of sugar.
Step 5: Filtering and Clarizing: Filter liquor with gauze.
