Description

Features:
Stamp size on the surface, convenient to choose what you need.
The print nozzle hole is consistent in size and machining, and the threads are clean and format.
Extruder brass print heads are typically applied to print non-abrasive material filaments such as PLA, ABS, and nylon.
Standard:
Material: Brass
Skew thread: M6
Nozzle diameter: 0.008 in (0.2 mm)
Input diameter: 0.07 inches (1.75 mm)
Total Dimension: 12.5x7 mm (L*D)
Package:
2 x Brass Nozzle
Note:
Keep small items out of reach of children.
After replacing the nozzle, re-adjust the distance between the nozzle and the build plate to ensure the quality of the printed parts.
How to replace the nozzle?
1: Turn on the 3D printer and heat the nozzle and heat block to target temperature (PLA: 180-220, ABS: 240-280).
2: After heating, close the printer and use a wrench to fix the heat block. Then use the socket nozzle driver to the old nozzle extruder.
Note: Do not touch the old nozzle and heat block to avoid burns.
3: Spanner holds blocks out of the way and tightens the new nozzle using a socket screwdriver
