Removed turbo (core) must be returned to the manufacturer. Please use the attached payment slip, and return it to the designated location within one week of the product arrival.
[Regarding compatibility checks]
Even with the same model of the vehicle, there may be some types of turbo.
We will check the suitability of the product and the vehicle, so please be sure to contact us via messages such as “Vehicle Model”, “Vehicle Model Number”, and “Model Designation-Classification” (even in the image of the vehicle verification).
Please be careful as product may not be able to exchange due to defects in compatibility checking.
【About product delivery and payment】
·Cash on delivery is not supported.
Please be aware that we cannot specify a freight company at the time of shipping the product.
·On Sunday and holidays, the manufacturer is closed and we cannot ship the product. Please check the delivery on Saturday.
[Regarding product returns (cancellation)]
·The product will be returned to the designated manufacturer with a “de-payment” and will be processed as soon as the product is confirmed.
In that case, please note that we will charge 30% of the item fee as the cancellation fee.
