ZEROSE:
Clean the surface of the measuring anvil head with a soft cloth, then rotate the measuring instrument to contact the two measuring surfaces. If the two zero lines of the differential sleeve and fixed barrel, are not aligned. Adjust using two methods:
Method I, if the error is less than 0.02mm (0.001), use the ratchet stop to lock the screw firmly and then use the wrench to pull the fixed barrel until the two zero lines are aligned.
Method II, if the error is greater than 0.02mm (0.001),
Step 1: Use the ratchet stop to lock the screw tightly, use the wrench to loosen the ratchet stop, and remove the deff sleeve.
