The fingerprint lock is not waterproof and it is not recommended to be used outdoors for a long time in rain or snow. When water gets in, dry it.

App backup function

If fingerprint recognition does not work, you can open the app. Remember the app user name and password. For more information, please refer to the user manual and Q&A.

Please use App Settings

Step 1:

Open the IE Lock app, press the fingerprint lock to activate the connection and establish it.

Step 2:

Please enter the initial password: 123456, we recommend you input fingerprints, and each person input three fingers for identification.

The Third Step

You need to change the password to remember and enter your fingerprints before you use the padlock through the app.
