Installation Instructions:
Find the black 4-pole diagnostic connector (also called DDA) under the seat.
- Remove the cover (cap) from the plug and connect the GFYSHIP plug.
- Connect the red line of GFYSHIP meter to the blue 15 above the fuse.
- Wire the cable along the frame to the mounting position.
- Peel the green plastic from the back of the unit and attach the display.
- Secure the cable with the included cable tie.
[Setup]
The module must be set up after installation. When ignition is turned on,
Display is counted in reverse direction (6 to 1) to indicate that the memory is clear.
- Use the stand to lift the rear wheel off the ground
Neutral Engine (If you dont have a stand,
Riding Find a long, straight road with low traffic. )
- "1" flashes on display.
Choose 1 speed, free the clutch and keep RPM at least idle revolutions
Display flashes fast while unit is learning gear.
- When the display shows "2", choose 2 speeds.
Repeat this process until all gear is considered (5 or 6).
Unit is programmed and should display your gear correctly.
