Installation:
☆Note 1: Please be sure to replace the supplements with a new one.
The turbo charger may break due to dirt and clogging of your current vehicle oil filter, oil drain pipe, inlet pipe, union bolt, washer, etc.
☆Note 2: The turbo charger may be broken due to foreign objects.
Check whether there are no foreign objects or oils on the inside of the air cleaner, intake pipe, or intake or exhaust manifold.
Note 3: Please always use the engine oil with the manufacturers grade and viscosity.
Replace several times until there is no foreign substances in the engine oil. Please double check the engine oil level after installation.
Note 4: Please do not use liquid seals on the turbo oil inlets.
Note 5: To prevent burning, please do not run immediately after the engine starts, or air blowing.
Please keep it idle for about 10 minutes until the oil is fully filled.
Note 6: Please do not clean the engine with a flashing agent after installation.
Sludge may come in.
The following symptoms do not have turbo defects.
White smoke immediately after turbo is installed.
The turbo charger comes with oil and rust resistant oil when assembled. There may be some white smoke after installation, but if you actually run and heat the turbo, the oil will burn and stop white smoke.
Not covered under warranty:
For tuning cars (large diameter front pipe & catalyst less) will not be covered under the warranty.
Water pipe/actuator is built into the main body
Our stock products are comparable to IHI. Since there are two manufacturers made by IHI and HITACHI, the product received by different manufacturers, there may be slight differences in the shape of the actual car. Please rest assured that IHI and HITACHI are compatible.
