If the earphones do not work properly: Soft reset method: Put the left and right earphones in the charging case, close the case, and wait for more than 10 seconds.The earbuds will be soft reset.

Please delete the pairing history of the MOMENTUM TW3 on your smartphones Bluetooth settings.
Please uninstall the Smart Control app from your smartphone.
Please charge the earphones with the cable.
Please restart your smartphone.
Please reinstall the Smart Control app.
Please pair the earphones with your smartphone.
After the pairing connection, launch the app and connect the earphones to the app. If the conditions still do not improve, please restore to factory settings with the following methods.
MOMENTUM True Wireless 3 Factory Reset Method:
Method 1: Use the Smart Control app to restore factory settings.
Method 2: 1. Turn off the Bluetooth settings on your smartphone.
2. Remove one of the left or right side earphones from the charging case, and leave the other in the charging case.Then close the lid of the case.
3. Press and hold the touch panel of the one earphone that you took out for about 10 seconds.The LED lamp on the earphone will change to a blinking light that alternates between green and red.
4. Release your finger from the touch panel when it changes to the alternate flashing of green and red.
5. Put the earphone back into the charging case.Then close the lid of the charging case. After about 20 seconds, the left and right earphones will return to factory settings and they will be paired automatically.
At that time, the LED lamp on the charging case will light up 3 times in red and green.
