fir t byte 0x02 is data It means start
The second byte 0x0A means the whole data length is 10 bytes. This includes data start and data end
The 3rd byte 0x02 means the card type is EM4100
Bytes 4-8 (0x2E 0x00 0xB6 0xD7 0xB5) are the read card number and the 4th byte 0x2E is the hidden card number
The 9th byte 0xF2 means the BCC check from the 2nd byte to the 8th byte
The 10th byte 0x03 is Indicates the end of data
