Description
The ignition period gun adopts a high-impact ABS shell suitable for cars, motorcycles, and all 2-stroke or 4-stroke gasoline engines. Operating voltage is 12V.
Notice
1.Forward angle changes with speed changes. Due to constant wear of the engine, the timing belt and pulley are replaced regularly, reducing cylinder pressure, and re-adjusting the ignition period.
2. Early and late ignition period will directly affect the normal operation of the engine. If you are worse, you cant start the engine. If the engine is too fast it will produce a metal knocking sound like "exciting", the starting resistance is bigger, the engine is less likely to spin, the output is decreased, and the idle speed is unstable, and the swaying. If the ignition is too slow, it will be difficult to start or run out of power. Fuel consumption accelerates engine wear
How to use
1. Connect the red test clip of timing lamp to the positive terminal of the 12 volt battery.
2. Connect the black clip of the timing lamp to the negative terminal of 12V electronics.
3. Use jumper wire(minimum second size is 18AWG)
4. Black clip connected to negative battery terminal.
5. Connect the red clip to the safe engine ground wire such as the alternator bracket/engine body. For safety reasons, do not use the positive terminal of the battery or fuel system components as connection points.
