Description

The dome lens provides the highest level of light and a 110° underwater illumination angle.
Lightweight and compact body with large luminance circuit with guide number 33 (*1). Uses a dome lens (*2) carefully calculated on the front of the luminescence, and synergistic effect with the Inons unique T-type twin flash tube (patented) that allows high output output light to spread in water without loss and achieving a circular 110° underwater irradiation angle. It combines a large amount of light and a wide angle of underwater illumination without attenuating the amount of light such as a diffuser.
Commonly used milky diffusion plates not only expand the angle of illumination, it also dampens light and has disadvantages that trap heat inside. On the other hand, the dome lens uses refractive index of air, acrylic, and water. The irradiation angle is expanded to 110° while emitting almost all high output emission forward.
In addition, the Z-330 cleared the flash time that was a problem with a large amount of light strobe. From the start of the glow to the maximum flash, it can reach in a very short time. The Z-330 strobe also starts illuminating the shutter at the same time when it senses pre lighting and the built-in flash of the camera, so even at 1/1000 high-speed shutter speeds, the strobe illumination can be output to full luminous without vignetting to the shutters.

(*2) Patent Pending for Dome Lens System that Widens the Beam Angle in the Water
S-TTL Auto Dimmer / 13-stage manual dimming
Equipped with an inons proprietary automatic dimming system "S-TTL Auto" (patented) It allows for high precision and stable light control while shooting with the right exposure.
In addition, the optimized high performance reception sensor mechanism allows for receiving signal from the side of the camera system without leaking. Even when the light emission from the side of the system is weak, or when the optical cable is degraded, the strobe will be sure to emit the stress, and relieves the stress of poor luminescence.
It also features a manual dimming function with 13 increments of fine 1/2 EV. Provides precision lighting for professional use requiring subtle light control.
"EV. Controller" to compensate for S-TTL auto exposure.
S-TTL auto dimming can be fine-tuned by simply turning the "EV. Control Switch" on the back of the strobe. Adjustment range is 3 levels from the standard setting position to the positive side and 6 negative side. Easy to correct, according to the appropriate exposure the photographer intended and different exposure characteristics depending on the camera model.
Comes standard equipped with a strobe light cutter that blocks unwanted direct light from the lens.
The Strobe Light Cutter can cut a part of the strobe surrounding the light part of the light source is standard.
It greatly reduces the amount of flash flash illumination caused by direct flare and ghosting phenomenon from camera lens or when strobe is placed near or before the port is placed.
The Strobe Light Cutter can be rotated 360° freely. With a moderate click feel and excellent operation, you can easily and comfortably adjust the position even while shooting.
220 Lumens High Intensity Power LED Shutter Linked Auto Off Focus Light Built-in
It is a built-in 220 lumens of brightness "Shutter Linked Auto Off Focus Light" that automatically turns off with the shutter release to automatically reactivate as an auxiliary light during camera autofocus measurement.
The front of the light emitting part is equipped with a fresnel lens that almost matches the light and strobe. It is also a target light for strobe optical axis matching, and it has been greatly improved to usability.
High luminescence back control panel is easy to see regardless of day or night with a large switch for improved operation.
The rear control panel uses a high-luminescent material based on a white base. Improved visibility of panel displays both day and night.
In addition, the rear control switch has been larged. Instant operation even through thick gloves. The "EV. Control Switch" for adjusting the light has been added to a maximum and minimum stopping mechanism to make the switch position easier to understand.
Equipped with a heat dissipation mechanism that allows heat to escape.
There is a metal heat radiation ring around the luminescent part with high thermal conductivity. Directly connected to the internal circuit unit allows for efficient release of heat buildup within the strobe with each light emission into the water. By improving heat resistance performance, we have solved the problem of heat that was the challenge of high light strobe. You can focus on shooting without worrying about the overheating of the flash.
1.6 second recycle time even with full luminescence
Recycle time at full luminous (time after the strobe is full glow, then the strobe ready lamp turns on and can be lightened) is about 1.6 seconds (*3). High speed charge even in high light (patented)
(*3) Using recommended batteries (Panasonic "eneloop pro", BK-HCD, 1.2V, Min.2,500mAh) Our internal test data (reference value).
Compatible with various strobe dome filters
The bayonet mechanism on the front makes it easy to install and remove various strobe dome filters.
Includes the Strobe Dome Filter SOFT, which protects the strobe dome lens and softens light quality. Options sold separately include a multitude of filters, such as the "Strobe Dome Filter ND" which reduces the amount of emission by -4EV, "Strobe Dome Filter [4600K], and "Strobe Strobe Dome Filter [4900K]" which changes to 4900K.
Supports both optical and electrical cable connections.
From housing for compact digital cameras, to housing for DSLR cameras with built-in flash, and housing for SLR cameras with built-in LED trigger circuitry, the optical connection is compatible with any manufacturer or model.
In addition, it is equipped with a connector that connects the Nikonos 5-pin electrical cable. Also supports TTL auto dimming of film cameras and manual dimming in digital camera housing with electrical connectors (*4)
(*4) Depending on the camera system and the connection method, the function of the device may be different.
Equipped with wireless TTL function.
High-sensitivity light reception sensor allows wireless S-TTL auto-toning with mirrors without using optical cables. The S-TTL auto-dimming shooting is possible by attaching the strobe to the housing via the "shoe base set" or "grip base D4 set" (sold separately).
* The wireless flash system on the camera body such as Olympus wireless RC flash system or Nikon creative writing system is not compatible with the camera itself due to different methods.
Pre-luminescent (1 time/2 times) with built-in automatic switching function.
It is not a single time, but the number of pre-emitting frequencies change from 1 to 2 times depending on the shooting conditions, and the built-in flash can be used for cameras that can be emitted 2 to 3 times depending on the shooting conditions. Since it detects the number of pre-light frequencies and automatically performs optimal operation, it can be used with high precision "S-TTL auto-dimming" as well as manual dimming. In addition, the unique "Advanced Cancellation Circuit" features a built-in camera flash, which has been a problem with "manual dimmer" when combined with a digital camera that allows the built-in flash to be fully glowed, reducing shooting intervals and increasing the number of shots.
