With one 220mm rod, the relative height of the camera is 0 to ; 220mm range compared to the top round baseplate, and the angle of the camera can be adjusted to make a variety of videos.
The distance between the camera and the subject can be adjusted to the background/counterweight and subject.
1/4" screw hole on the side allows you to mount LED lights and other photographic equipment with flexible mounting arms.
