Players become the "old manager" that runs the Dojo and foster their disciples.
The most important thing in the process is "to be respected".
You will be "respected" and winners when you can do respected by other players.
By directing the disciples to action, increasing the disciples, training disciples, and mastering the wife will increase the dore.
You can do the same action by "honoring" the actions of other elderly disciples.
The respected player gets winning benefits and bonuses.
