This mat is automatic inflatable. When you open the valve (2 locations), the urethane material will absorb air and inflate automatically over time.
It may be difficult to inflate if you receive it or have been unused for a long time. In that case, you can blow it directly and inflate it or try the following methods:
1. Inflation stops when some air is entered, but it is compressed and rolled up to exhaust air.
2. Unfold the mat again to allow air to enter more easily.
3. Repeat the above process about 3 times.
Please note that overinflation may cause damage to the main unit.
