Description

■Shape: Small bag nut
Nut with domed metal on one side of a small hexagonal nut which is two sides smaller than typical hexagon nuts.
Screws such as bolts are not exposed than threaded holes, so they look good and improve safety.
Use a tool such as a spanner or wrench to tighten it.

■ Thread Shape: Fine
Finer than the nations most standard pitch (coarse) prescribed by ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standard. Compared to coarse threads, it has a shallow valley and a larger cross-section area which makes it less likely to loose. Please note that there are multiple sizes of pitch depending on the thickness of the screw. Primarily used where precision is required.

■Material: Stainless steel
Most representative stainless steel (equivalent to SUS304)
The strength is almost equal to "iron".
Excellent corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties.
Although it is normally not magnetic, it can harden due to cold processing, and it may cause magnetism.

Surface treatment/plating is untreated.
Therefore, corrosion resistance and appearance are the characteristics and color of the material itself.
